Since 1997we have been the exclusive partner of Datastream Systems, Inc. in Poland. Datastream is a member of INFOR (www.infor.com), a leading US-based corporate software provider. Infor’s customers include over 70,000 companies in more than 100 countries, and its annual revenue is approximately $2.1 billion.
The long-term partnership in the area of CMMS/EAM distribution has allowed us to become the leader of this IT sector in Poland. The result is over 100 completed projects.
Our strengths are state-of-the-art technology, expertise and unique experience gained through deployments of extensive IT projects. Our staff consists of highly-qualified and experienced specialists of all levels. Our teams include specialists responsible for software development, professional technical customer support, deployment projects, consulting and other services. We provide all necessary consulting and deployment services: our consultants advise customers on methods for streamlining internal processes, improving the flow of information within the organization, and improving performance.
The products and services from our portfolio can be tailored to the customer’s needs – therefore they comply with even the most sophisticated and strict business processes, as well as technical and functional requirements.
We also integrate our systems with other applications. Built-in API (Application Programming Interface) procedures or web services allow the exchange of data with SCADA, GIS and ERP-class systems from the world’s leading providers, such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, IFS and Microsoft. As a result, it is possible to use the customer’s entire IT infrastructure and develop a coherent, integrated management system. The systems are integrated via off-the-shelf or custom-made interfaces.
We also provide post-deployment support services – both in the area of system development and user support. We continue to improve and upgrade our systems, meaning they can be optimally tailored to the growing needs of our customers.
