Solutions for petroleum and chemical industries
The SZEOR system is Eurotronic’s in-house IT solution dedicated to the petrochemical industry. The system supports registering, reading and analysis of utilization parameters of technological installations: pipelines, tanks and appliances. Deployment of the integrated SZEOR system allows automated supervision over all the technological devices/installations susceptible to corrosion. It supports estimation of the life expectancy of devices and plans optimal frequency of inspections. It also monitors inspection schedules and registers notes related to inspections, tests and utilization suggestions.
Deployment of the SZEOR system will enable savings on expenses related to inspections and overhauls resulting from a rational inspection policy, applying shifts compliant with the UDT and TD regulations, in order to prolong the working time and align inspections with servicing downtime.
The significant business advantage of deploying the SZEOR system is the ability to sign more attractive insurance policy agreements, due to the access to high-quality, documented data concerning the completed maintenance activities, as well as consistent monitoring of the technical condition of the utilized installations.
The largest SZEOR deployment project was carried out for PKN Orlen. The system supports a significant number of very complex refinery and petrochemical installations.
